The Allahabad High Court has issued a bailable warrant against the Principal Secretary Home for negligence in complying with the orders. Also directed the DGP to himself serve this warrant to Principal Secretary Home Sanjay Prasad within a week and ensure his presence in the court on the next scheduled date.
The court has also sought a personal affidavit from the DGP in this regard. Apart from this, the court has personally summoned the Principal Secretary Justice and Legal Advisor on the next date.
Justice Piyush Aggarwal has given this order while hearing on the contempt petition of Suresh Chand Raghuvanshi.
