

Navodaya School Class 6 Admission 2023 Navodaya School Class 6th Admission 2023, NVS Class 6 Admission Online Form 2023 Great news for the students who want to take admission in class 6 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has issued notification for admission in class 6 for the year 2023-24. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has invited online applications for admission to vacant seats in class 6. Entrance test will be conducted for admission in class 6.

These are co-educational residential schools fully funded and administered by the Government of India through an autonomous organization, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Admissions in JNVs are made through Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) up to class VI. The medium of instruction in JNVs is the mother tongue or regional language up to class VIII and thereafter English for Mathematics and Science and Hindi for Social Science.
Online applications for admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 have started from 03 January 2023. JNVST Class 6th Online Form Last Date is 31 January 2023. Students who want to take admission in Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 should fill the online form as soon as possible without waiting for the last date.
JNVST 2023 Class 6 Age Limit
A candidate seeking admission in Navodaya School must have been born not earlier than 01-05-2011 and not later than 30-04-2013 (both dates inclusive). This will be applicable to all categories of candidates including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC).
To take admission in Navodaya School class 6, the student must be studying in class 5 in the session 2022-23 in a government recognized school. Candidates who have passed class V before session 2022-23 or appearing repeatedly are not allowed.
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will organize a written test for admission in Navodaya School Class 6. Navodaya School Class 6 exam will be conducted on 29 April 2023.
JNVST Class 6 Admission Selection Process 2023
For admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6, written examination will be organized by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
The selection test will be held for two hours duration from 11:30 AM to 01:30 PM and will consist of 3 sections with objective type questions only. There are total 80 questions for 100 marks.

JNVST Class 6th Admit Card 2023
Admit cards will be made available in due course as per the date decided by NVS which will be displayed on the application portal. Admit cards will be downloaded by the candidates/guardians free of cost before the conduct of JNVST.
- Candidates can directly visit NVS website www.navodaya.gov.in You can fill the online application form.
- While the education in the schools is free, including board and lodging, uniforms and textbooks, an amount of Rs 600 per month is collected only from students of classes IX to XII for the Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi.
- However, SC/ST category students, all girl students and students whose family income is below poverty line (BPL) are exempted.
- In respect of the children of Government employees other than the exempted category (all SC/ST and girl students and children of BPL families) Rs.1500/- per month from the Development Fund or as actual received by the Children’s Education Allowance. Parents per month whichever is less.
- However, the School Development Fund shall not be less than Rs.600/- per student per month.
