Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Posts Rules in accordance with point number 27 (year 2022-23) of Chief Minister’s budget announcement, Under 2022, an official advertisement has been issued for the recruitment of contractual teachers on 10,000 posts of contractual cadre of English medium. According to this advertisement, 7140 posts of Assistant Teacher Level I and 1430 posts of English subject and 1430 posts of Mathematics subject have been fixed in Assistant Teacher Level II. Number of posts and honorarium

This recruitment is to be done on contract basis on 10 thousand posts, out of which 7140 posts have been earmarked for Assistant Teacher Level I and 2860 posts for Assistant Teacher Level II.

The above assistant teachers appointed under the Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Posts Rules, 2022 will be given designation and higher honorarium after completing the service period as follows: – On completion of 9 years of service, two additional increments in the honorarium received at the rate of 5 percent By adding the next Rs. 100/- will be rounded off to be determined.

Post wise qualification and process of appointment

Mahatma Gandhi / Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Posts Rules of English Medium Teachers in English Medium Schools, Recruitment and service related conditions under 2022 are as follows:

Assistant Teacher (Level II) (English / Maths):

Educational Qualification : Graduation in English medium with at least 50% marks in Mathematics / English (for the concerned post) as an optional subject
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Edcuation (B.Ed.) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) + Passed in REET Level II examination with minimum marks and the validity period of which has not expired.

Assistant Teacher (Level I)

Educational Qualification: Passed UMAV/ Equivalent Examination in English Medium with 50% Marks.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Elementary Education (D,EL.Ed.) + REET Level 1st Exam Passed with Minimum Marks whose Validity Has Not Expired

After district-wise calculation of all the posts, online applications will be invited from the eligible persons through a centralized press release from the Head of Department level and other measures of publicity., In which the service conditions and eligibility conditions will be mentioned clearly and completely.

The applications for the said posts will be received by the appointing authority. Scrutiny of applications and required documents will be done at the level of appointing authority.

The priority of the candidates found eligible will be determined at the district level on the basis of marks obtained by adding 75% of the minimum desired educational qualification and 25% of the minimum desired educational qualification of the said post., In case of more than one candidate having the same marks, the older candidate will be placed higher in priority and the younger candidate will be placed lower in the order of preference.

Even if the age is the same, the one who has higher marks in the minimum educational qualification will be placed higher in preference, while the aspirant with lesser marks will be placed lower in the priority list., Appointment orders on contract basis will be issued by the appointing authority for the concerned post.

First appointment on contract basis for a maximum period not exceeding one year or termination of the scheme/project, whichever is earlier will be done. If the said period is extended by the State Government, then it can be extended only after satisfactory service after every one year after review of work.
