Jabalpur, The Madhya Pradesh High Court has made the entire process of secondary teacher recruitment subject to the decision of the High Court. A petition was submitted to the High Court to stay the process. The Court said that it would not be appropriate to postpone the process, but the entire process is subjected to the decision of the Court.

In the year 2018, a notification was issued by the Department of School Education for the recruitment of vacant posts of teachers in government secondary schools. Against this, some candidates had presented a petition in the High Court. His advocates Sanjay Ram Tamrakar and Sachin Pandey told the High Court that Madhya Pradesh government has separated Science and Mathematics subjects by the School Education Department, due to which the rights of science candidates are being violated.
The petitioner wanted to postpone the recruitment process but the division bench of learned Chief Justice Mr. Ravi Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra of Madhya Pradesh High Court refused to postpone the process and ensured an arrangement under which the entire process would be subject to the final decision of this petition .
