Bhopal, The video conference has been organized by the State Education Center Bhopal on 5 December 2022. It has been scheduled from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Instructions were mainly given to all District Project Coordinators, District Education Centers and Principal DIET to be present in this. The agenda of the meeting has been issued today.
Rajya Shiksha Kendra Bhopal video conference agenda
1. Review of teachers’ involvement in preparing for the English Olympiad.
2. Review of attendance of teachers and students on Hajri app.
3. Review of registration of students in class 5th and 8th examination in government and non-government schools.
4. Review of implementation of Academic Improvement Plan (5 minutes briefing without PPT by 5 districts)
5. Review of progress of FLN program (5-5 minute briefing by 5 districts without PPT)
6. Preparation of Hindi, Maths and Science Olympiad and Quiz Competition (Cooperation being done by DIETS and Academic Core Group).
7. Review of distribution and use of AT grade exercise books.
8. Preparation to complete repairing work in identified schools.
9. Review of profile updation of marking of CWSN children.
10. Review of operation of CWSN Hostel
Principal DIET, all district project coordinators, programmers, all assistant project coordinators and all development block resource coordinators, make sure to be present in the NIC room in the said video conferencing.
