This is dictatorial behavior with the basic teachers of the state. This scheme was implemented on 1 April 2005, which is voluntary. This kind of coercion after 17 years is injustice to the basic teachers of the state. The basic teachers of the state are angry with these dictatorial orders of the Finance Controller and are being bound for a peaceful movement.

He said that the dictatorial orders regarding withholding of salaries should be repealed. If the salary of any teacher is stopped, then the organization will be bound to protest for this.
