MP NEWS- Congress party MLA arrested on charges of dacoity

Indore. Congress MLA from Alot Manoj Chawla has been sent to jail by the Indore People’s Representative Court in Ratlam’s fertilizer loot case. According to the information, on November 10, fertilizer was looted from the government godown of Alot. On this, the godown manager lodged a complaint against the MLA.

Two months ago, MLA Manoj Chawla along with his colleagues had come to protest for the farmers who were troubled by the non-operation of the server at the Urea Distribution Center in Alot. Where as soon as the shutter of the godown opened, people started carrying sacks of urea. In the complaint filed at Alot police station, it is alleged that MLA Manoj Chawla had opened the shutters and asked the farmers to take urea. At the same time, MLA Manoj Chawla released a new video statement calling it a conspiracy of BJP leaders and officials involved in black marketing of fertilizers.

However, in this case, on the written report of the in-charge of the urea distribution godown, a case under sections 353, 332 and 392 was registered against Manoj Chawla, former acting District Congress President Yogendra Singh Jadaun and others.
